Investment Management Institute

The Investment Management Institute, in partnership with the National Public Pension Fund Association (NPPFA), is offering a comprehensive suite of online asynchronous courses designed specifically for institutional investors seeking to strengthen their investment management knowledge and meet continuing education requirements.
Built for pension trustees, investment committee members, public fund professionals, and other institutional fiduciaries, these courses cover the essential principles and practices of effective investment management — from governance and asset allocation to risk management, manager selection, alternatives, and fiduciary oversight.

Advance Institutional Investment Expertise with Flexible, Accredited Online Learning
Each course is taught by experienced industry experts with deep real-world knowledge across institutional investing disciplines. Participants gain practical insights they can immediately apply to fund oversight, strategic decision-making, and long-term portfolio management.
To further support professional development, the program is backed by Bradley University, allowing students to earn Continuing Education Unit (CEU) hours that may be used toward continuing education requirements within their respective jurisdictions.
Because the courses are fully online and asynchronous, participants can learn at their own pace and on their own schedule — making it easier for busy professionals and trustees to access high-quality education without travel or time constraints.
Whether participants are new to institutional investing or experienced fiduciaries seeking to deepen their expertise, the Investment Management Institute and NPPFA program provides accessible, credible, and practical education to support stronger investment governance and better long-term outcomes.
